    Birth Planning Sessions are for those who are not looking to have a doula but would like to have the education into forming a birth plan for all birth scenarios. Best taken after 26 - 28 weeks.

  • Comfort Measures & Coping Skills - $250

    This simple but effective course reviews the stages of coping, different kinds of comfort strategies including suggestions for the different stages of labor to help you feel more prepared for your labor experience. Recommended to be completed before 38 weeks.

  • C-Section Planning - $200

    Planning for any surgery can be scary, even if it is a scheduled cesarean section for the birth of your child. In addition to all the regular preparations for bringing a new baby home, there are some things unique to a C-section that you will want to get mentally and physically ready for. Prepare yourself for an amazing family centered cesarean.

  • Breastfeeding 101 -$100
